Swedish-based Omnia, a leading intranet-as-a-service vendor backed by software growth investor Monterro and publicly listed Precio Fishbone, has announced the acquisition of Australian-based digital workplace software company LiveTiles. This merger sets the stage for unparalleled leadership in the global digital workplace solutions market.
